Feat: Truncate large reposted quote posts

Reposting a quote post that contains a large OP can cause the reposted post to become too large. Casey Rollins requested this feature. Found using fe.soapbox.pub, but issue also occurs in earlier Soapbox versions, e.g. Pleroma 2.5.51-436-ge8928e22.develop+soapbox
