Feature request: quote post in reply

It'd be nice to support quote posting in replies. https://gleasonator.com/notice/AQumBVlBy9uRO0s9mi says

It's possible through the API, but the UI doesn’t support it

So hopefully this (UI, IIUC) project is the right place to file this request.

For comparison, twitter seems to create a quote post automatically when a tweet URL is included in a post, whether the post is a reply or not. Calckey (presumably Misskey, but I only tried the former) asks if you wish to quote in a reply if you paste the URL of a post while composing a reply, but perhaps only for local posts?
