Better thread display

Bárbara Fernandes requested to merge barbaradcf/soapbox-fe:better-thread-display into develop

This MR implements a tree-like display on threads and inserts depth lines on status threads. It is still necessary to decide on a nesting limit and how to represent the further nested statuses.

This commit is related to issue #387.
