Issues with Changes Not Reflecting in the Project

I was requesting some changes in the project, but they were not showing up. It said they were implemented, yet I couldn’t see them. So I downloaded the project to test locally, and it turned out to be different from what was being displayed in the app. There were even some problems with certain files not appearing in Shakespeare.
