Error uploading image media into post composer

Updated instance to latest front and back end develop branches a few minutes ago.

Now get a Too many redirects error when uploading image media to the post composer. The same media loads properly in Truth Social.

The post composer displays a blurhash but not the image. Image Preview displays a blank.
