Edit Plan Value Field Needs Editability Indicator
It is not intuitive to go into the Edit Plan page to simply edit the value field, because it is rendered the same as the prior page. The UI should invite the user to edit that value directly, with a blinking cursor or a change in the element rendering from the previous page
