x.com (using RSS) to Nostr

I found a neat way to get an RSS feed from my x.com: https://rss.app/en/rss-feed/create-twitter-rss-feed

by enabling an easy way to ingest RSS to Mostr we could add support for x.com (which is currently impossible to do with their API)
