Bridge existing Profiles

Many of us already have existing profiles across e.g. Fediverse, Nostr and Bluesky which we are manually posting to every day. Those profiles already have thousands of posts and many followers. Would be really great if we could bridge the existing profiles to post say from our Nostr account to our Bluesky profile, or from from our Mastodon account to Bluesky.
