Following Nostr accounts from Misskey stayed at "processing"

Description When following any Nostr account known to use mostr.pub, the follow status of the Nostr account stays at "processing." However, my fedi account is in the followers list of my Nostr account. There is no such issue when I follow the same Nostr account from my Mastodon and Pleroma account.
