Consider inventing a Zap activity

It would be neat to federate an Activity type of Zap when handling Event<9735>. It's so close to an EmojiReaction that I almost considered just actually converting it into a lightning bolt emoji reaction, but then it would cause confusion if people send a regular lightning bolt.
