no video output on pinebook-pro

Hi Mara,

I again got my hands on my Pinebook Pro (and this time it's going to stay for good), and tried to boot the latest Pinebook Pro image built by images_build_kit.

I have dumped slarm64-current-aarch64-xfce-rootfs-20201023-5.9.3-pinebook_pro-build-20201102.img onto an SD card, but unfortunately I got nothing on the built-in display.

So I hooked up my USB serial cable to look on the PBP's serial console. I got the following output on the serial console

Obviously the interesting part is at the end. The image booted successfully, but there is nothing displayed on the built-in LCD display. It is black and blank, as if it was turned off.

What could we do about it? I would be ready to test any suggestions you may have.
