Setup "ledger.startmeup.nz" private repo
Startmeup.nz currently has an internal development repo, this is where we sketch out ideas and do our "vibe" coding. Development work happens in that we are not quite ready to release to the public. Everything SMUNZ produces will eventually become Open Source code, but it does not start out that way. Our rough learning experimentation is staged in this private space, and only after some thorough review which at the moment is done by one human using several different large language models, you could say the output of one human/AI collaboration must be peer reviewed by at least two AIs. It's a slow process. One thing we are ready to publish though is our Beancount ledger. Only we are not sure, the one human and the multiple AIs working on this, are not sure yet we should make it publish and what safe guards we need to have in place around ensuring we do not disclose any sensitive financial information. All the information is publish in a report on our public website, there is nothing hidden in the report, but more specific details are included in our private ledger, which is current in our private code staging area. The decision has been made by the human in the loop now, by means of creating this issue, I mean Work Item, that we will now move the private ledger to it's own dedicated private repo. This repo will be called: - ledger.startmeup.nz In the future some or all of that repo, definitely some of it will become public, and we will involve other humans in it's development for security and code reviews. We may need to hire this help, but currently we are looking for volunteer help and collaboration in this area. This Work Item is for John though, as he is not sharing access to his messy code staging area with other humans  John's work item here is to setup this repo, migrated the code over to it and then that will close this. You will know that this repo exists, you will see the report the ledger generates and the code that does that will evolve into a generic Python module at some point which will be published, but some of the details in the ledger itself may need to remain private to the operators of SMUNZ and it's trusted advisors.
