Write details for all methods
Explain why it has been made in front of all what have been released on CPAN? This can be use when you don't have listed modules into your Makefile.PL file, but the feature for adding it to Makefile.PL is not ready yet, it works only with Carton cpanfile format, because it has been been the first use case for Dependencies::Searcher.
