Allow trailing /* in routes

Older now deprecated versions of squishy supported appending /* to the route target links, eg:

routes:
    wiki: https://wiki.example.org/*

This allows redirects such as:

/wiki                 --> https://wiki.example.org
/wiki/subpage/subpage --> https://wiki.example.org/subpage/subpage
