The id uniqueness check and element id cache walks ran on a worker thread while parsing rewrote the same QDomDocument on the main thread, and QDomDocument is not thread-safe. Both walks now run on the main thread, and neither scans the document quadratically any more, so they are faster than the threaded versions they replace.
