Interface non scaling when scaling screen by 150 % and higher

A French user has the following issue.

She has a 16'' screen with high resolution = 2560*1600. OS = Win 11.

So she has to increase her screen size to have readable icons, fonts, menus, etc., in the programs she uses.

The process works well in all her apps, except in Valentina.

As long as she increases up to 125 %, this works.

From 150 % and higher, the interface does not scale proportionally anymore, the toolbars and menu bars take the screen space and the workspace becomes very small.

I reproduced the bug in my own OS = Debian 12 with screen scaling by 200 % (I cannot scale my screens by 125 / 150 % as I have a specific config with 4 screens to display). Same issue. I tried to activate the 'tool panel scaling' option in the Preferences toolbox, but this does not solve the issue.
