Standard passmarks lenght for all pieces

At this time, when activated, passmarks grow proportionally with seam allowance; if the user needs a unique/standard lenght for them, can set manually (or set an increment and recall it in the formula-box). A new function for productivity could be one to set a standard for passmark lenght to activate in every Detail pieces.
