The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features. I'm writing this pull request to implement a simple functionality that I find very usefull. I've implemented a switch in the layout settings page making it possible for people to choose between natural and inverted scrolling in the forecasts tab.
