Started to split skilleter_thingy and thingy (Python utils and installer/updater)
Removed thingy-core, replaced by thingy-publish, which builds and uploads skilleter_thingy to PyPi
skilleter_thingy now installed from PyPi with other Python packages - not built or published from thingy-config
