Correct Excel addin menu label and help menu

The menu label "Get Data" was defined in ticket #3 (closed) for the first tile instead of current "DW 3.0.0.4". This version number can be moved to the help tile (while replacing "DW " by "v" without space):

The help doesn't seem to work. The following error is received:
In the default installation the help should point to the new documentation here https://sis-cc.gitlab.io/dotstatsuite-documentation/using-dlm-excel-addin/. However, the help link should be configurable.
