DLM includes options for referential metadata transfer
As JB,
I want to be able to choose whether to transfer data only, referential metadata only, or both,
So that the transfer can be done as efficiently as possible (by only taking the required information) and allow for more management flexibility to adapt to specific use cases.
transfer data & ref. metadata options
When requesting to transfer data between spaces, it should be possible to choose whether to transfer data only, referential metadata only, or both.
Add a selection box, in the existing 'More options' menu, for 'Content type' with a new icon (TBD) and 3 options:
- both data and referential metadata
- data only
- referential metadata only
By default, 'both data and referential metadata' is selected.

- create a new key value, similar to
"upload.data.help.sdmx
, for the upload referential text with the followingen
value: "Choose an SDMX CSV file that contains referential metadata, then select the destination space and the target dataflow. If the size of the file exceeds 30.00 MB, zip it to avoid oversize limitation, or use a 'shared folder' and copy the path using the feature below."
