Mechanism to completely export all structures and data in dump mode
As a .Stat DLM super user (methodology adviser/metadata manager/statistician),
In order to to have a simple backup of all contents,
I want to download all DLM contents (data and structures) in a dump mode.
Scenario 1: Complete structure and data download on request
Given that I have access to the DLM
When I run a simple bulk download feature specifying the concerned space
And I have specified a target folder
Then all structures and data are saved in the specified folder, with one SDMX-ML structure file per structural artefact type (e.g. codelist, conceptscheme, categoryscheme, dsd, dataflow, etc.), with one SDMX-ML structure file per dataflow (with all structural references), and one zipped SDMX-CSV data file per dataflow (with all corresponding data).
Remark: All the file names will be prefixed by the structural artefact type, or "data" for the data file, followed by the triple (Agency,ID, Version) followed by a timestamp.
This feature will be added in the header next to the "Upload Structure" feature.
Note: You can only perform a dump download for one single dataspace at a time.
