Observation status "O" for missing values and "0" in data table look very similar

I want to distinguish the 'O' used as a footnote from the the '0' (zero) in the tables
So that there is no possible confusion between the two
See the current example:
Web Accessibility WCAG level AA compliant proposal:
- Change the footnotes font family with the body font 'Helvetica new' (instead of 'PT sans Narrow')
- Change the font size to 10px instead of 12px
Original issue
In the Education re-modelling exercise we have received a feedback that the way how the flag “O” for the missing value is displayed might be confusing for the end-user as it is very similar to “0” (zero). As you can see in the screenshot below, these look very similar, if not the same (“0” in “10789” and “O” in Tertiary education column).
Do you have any ideas how to improve this?
