Start & end period mismatch in the Time Period filter
As required, when the default view doesn't have the end time period selection (for example: https://de-qa.siscc.org/vis?lc=en&df[ds]=qa%3Astable&df[id]=DF_TEST_CV&df[ag]=AGENCY&df[vs]=1.0&av=true&pd=2021-02-01%2C&dq=0176%2B0298%2B0339%2B0387%2B0482%2B0524%2B0596%2B0614.CASES_D%2BCASES_W...P.D.<[rw]=REF_AREA<[cl]=TIME_PERIOD<[rs]=MEASURE%2CUNIT_MEASURE), the end time period selection is left empty.
However, in case of daily data, when starting to select the end time period, which necessarily starts with the selection of the year, then the month and day are automatically pre-selected with 01-01, even if this end date would be earlier than the start date.
-
It must never be possible to select an end period that is before the start period, and vice versa, a start period that is after the end period. This means that each dropdown box content must take into account the selection in the other dropdown.
E.g. Assuming that the start and end periods are open. When the user selects a start period then the dropdown content of the end period is automatically restricted to start only from the selected start period. Vice-versa, under the same assumption, when the user selects an end period then the dropdown content of the start period is automatically restricted to end latest on the selected end period. -
The documentation needs also to be updated to explain the expected behaviour. -
when date is empty, select a start date will select the first available date and select an end date will select latest date available
