DE Share option
- The Privacy Policy hyperlink is configurable.
Email validation
Once the user has filled the email address (check if not empty), he then clicks on the 'Request URL and embed code' button and receives a validation email.
The validation email template is available from here.
- The subject of the email is: ".Stat Explorer - Please allow us to verify your email address"
- The sis-cc logo and the hyperlink are configurable.
- The .Stat Data Explorer logo is clickable and triggers the .Stat Data Explorer homepage in a new web browser window.
Sharing contents
Clicking on "validate" triggers the viewer and shared content (table or chart) in a web browser page.
In addition, the users needs to also have access to the below URL and embedded codes:
This can be managed within the same sent email for validation request, or through another channel, but this would need a modification of the current workflow.
