Indicate in table/chart subtitle when displayed data are incomplete
While waiting for the later implementation of the more complete message mechanism as described in https://cis-itn-oecd.github.io/Design-artefacts/demo/de-blueprint/dataset-message.html, it is urgent that the user needs to be informed when data are truncated (because of using the range header feature for technical reasons).
Acceptance criteria:
Whenever the by the SDMX ws returned data message has incomplete data (because the response header's "Content-Range" indicates that more data are available, e.g. "values 0-2999/180643", a text in the table's/chart's last subtitle (separated by the usual big dot sign and coloured with a more flashy colour) should indicate "This preview displays [xxxx] data points. Your selection is above this limit resulting in an incomplete [table/chart]. All selected data points can still be downloaded.". If needed, this text is to be wrapped to the next line(s).
The value of [xxxx] can be calculated from the returned range (or the range header) with: maximum-minimum+1, e.g. 2999-0+1
[table/chart] needs to be replaced with "table" or "chart" depending on the context.
Also the data viewer should show this message. However, as long as (or if so configured) the data-viewer doesn't propose the download feature, the last sentence "All selected data points can still be downloaded." should not be displayed.
