Compatibility with Criterion 0.4.0
The current version is not compatible with Criterion 0.4.0.
To fix this, one needs to update the dependency and also add branches for Throughput::BytesDecimal to format_throughput and scale_throughputs.
I'm happy to do a merge request, but I don't have permissions.
