RAMs on Gigabyte boards not being detected

It appears since 2.2.31, Gigabyte addresses are all being used so RAM doesn't get remapped. Power cycle doesn't work, but running RGBFusion and then Signal, makes them get recognized.

Multiple users report. Logs from the 2Factor#0999 over Discord.
