Use a custom engraver to set grob id callbacks

Also use grob::name to get grob names.

For id/class, this commit uses "MetronomeMark" instead of "metronomemark" for example  -- that is, it uses LilyPond's exact grob names, including the uppercase letters, rather than the previous all-lowercase versions.  Using LilyPond's exact grob names provides greater consistency with LilyPond, which I think is a good thing.  But if you would rather keep them all-lowercase, we can do that.  Just let me know what you think.

Comment out lilyjazz from examples/pool.ly

You can't expect users to have that file installed, and as that file is 
what you suggest in the "first steps" in the README I recommend removing
that (unnecessary) dependency.
