Fixes several issues and limitations in the COOP utilities.

COOP utilities were missing the HSX update, so now it's done.

fat now will default to .bands.WFSX instead of .WFSX, and mprop will default to .fullBZ.WFSX, which are the intended targets. This removes the need of making unnecessary symbolic links.

Also, removed the limitations present in #467 (closed), now no parameters are required.
