[Feature Request] Auto-True-Delete nonexistant chapters on update

Description

Add a boolean setting that, when true, when a novel updates and some of the chapters no longer exist at the source, True Delete those chapters. This shouldn't True Delete if the source doesn't respond or responds with a different error.

Why

Often, when webnovels get published, particularly on Kindle Unlimited, those chapters are removed from the source, e.g. Royal Road. When that happens, and the novel updates on Shosetsu, the chapters stay on Shosetsu but are inaccessible, and end up shuffled in with still existing chapters because of how sorting works. Since so many novels do this on a regular basis, it would be nice for the True Delete to happen automatically on update rather than figuring out which ones were removed manually each time.
