[Feature request] Add the access to CSS editor on novel options
I am not sure tha name of the menu so i called it novel option.

Add this
in this section:
Why
It would be easier to access that place. Also once i am done i can directly come back to the novel instead of exiting the setting options, go to library, find and then open novel and then resume chapter. Same thing when i want to access it, exit chapter go settings etc, and then do it again...
