These capabilities were not being declared when a shader
  made use of the relevant builtins.

When a product contains a single component, we shouldn't
build up a composite structure, but simply return the component
directly.

  - adjust Toy example window positions to make them both visible
    on startup
  - make the dynamic resource reloading a bit more understandable
    by using a custom datatype, and specifically track newness
    of resources as this can be useful in application logic
