Add a puppet::oneshot class, that runs the Puppet agent only once (on boot).

This is more appropriate for some types of system than the other execution modes supported by this module so far: e.g. systems that keep rebooting, and may not remain running very long. Some kinds of Jenkins "slaves" (sic) fall into this category.
