Add support for multi-server JVB

@Bluewind0 did some work to configure prosody differently and support multi-server JVBs.

I couldn't make it work with my single-server instance and since his MR came with a lot of other modifications, I decided to revert this part and have a look at it later.

We should try to revert e4b83167 and debug things !!
