Change stage and job names

Wondering if we should change the name of the ENV_VAR to "REVIEW_APP" or something along those lines. See below why.

I presume the stage names are place holders to explain what's going on in each step? I.E. "Deploy-scratch" would be titled "Integration testing" in the final template?
