postgis CG_ForceLRH with empty polygon crashes

I have this ticketed - here = https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/6029

SELECT CG_ForceLHR(ST_GeomFromText('MULTIPOLYGON (((9 9, 9 1, 1 1, 2 4, 7 7, 9 9)), EMPTY)', 4326)) ;

This is one of the garden tests and passes with prior versions of sfcgal but started failing on building against master - https://github.com/postgis/postgis/actions/runs/20257107239/job/58161404260 approximately 7 days ago.

I confirmed it's not an issue in PostGIS, as swapping out my tagged sfcgal with master sfcgal makes this test fail, and then flipping back to sfcgal 2.2 makes it work.
