This is the initial tag of the project. It provides
TwilioRestClientFactory to simplify instantiating a Twilio Rest Client
object, a ConfigProvider class to register a Twilio Rest Client service,
provided by TwilioRestClientFactory in Mezzio applications, and a
Composer script to copy the default configuration file into the
config/autoload directory, if that directory is available.
