This tag includes an experimental version of the LPT module, including both Euler and Runge-Kutta time integration schemes.

Release including the Richards solver module (RE) for subsurface flow.
This release implies that CMake is now the preferred build system (instead of the Makefile, which will be deprecated in upcoming releases).
For the RE solver, the CMake workflow is mandatory, for SWE the Makefile system should still work, but will no longer be maintained.
Kokkos Kernels is now a dependecy, in particular for th RE module.

Additional changelog:
- Implementation of distributed NetCDF input is complete for the SWE module
