sq: add scaffolding for an integration test

Add support for an acceptance and integration test suite using the Subplot tool (https://subplot.liw.fi/). There are two initial, very simple test scenarios, to get started.

I will later use this to verify that the upcoming changes for JSON output work and also add more acceptance criteria for existing functionality and any new functionality that gets added.
