CertParser returns errors at the wrong place

Consider a keyring of the form: [ Alice, NUL, Bob ]. The CertParser should return [ Ok(Alice), Err(SomeError), Ok(Bob) ]. Currently, we get [ Err(SomeError), Ok(Alice), Ok(Bob) ], because the error is returned eagerly.
