Support secure elements / hardware tokens / smartcards

First, thank you for working on Sequoia-PGP! I am currently investigating using it for a project, but am not seeing any mention of support for keys on HSMs.

As I think it would be a great feature, here is an issue for tracking progress on it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
