Improve --help and manpages

During work on #2 (closed), I found a couple of possible improvements:

• Mention input/output
• Explain timestamp format that e.g. sqop verify --not-after expects
• List expected values for output flags like sqop encrypt --as
• Manpage only: Use ... to mark repeatable arguments
