"sequoia-octopus: rnp_identifier_iterator_create: parameter "ctx" is null" with thunderbird 115.13.0-1

I'm using these tools on debian testing/unstable:

• libsequoia-octopus-librnp 1.8.1-4
• thunderbird 1:115.13.0-1

thunderbird emits this to stderr (or stdout?):

2024-07-28 03:06:25.534034796 UTC: sequoia-octopus: rnp_identifier_iterator_create: parameter "ctx" is null

and there are some things i simply can't do, like actually send messages ☹ -- nothing seems to happen.

I believe it all worked fine while i was running thunderbird 1:115.12.0-1 less than a week ago.
