Set the generated library's soname
In [#2 (closed)], @decathorpe asked that the generated library have an soname:
It's a library that's intended for public consumption, but it doesn't have an SOVERSION or SONAME.
I suggested that rpm-sequoia is not intended for public consumption, but he told me privately:
if it's going to be installed alongside all the other system shared libraries in /usr/lib64/, it can't be an unversioned .so file. Fedora Packaging Guidelines actually recommend versioning the .so file downstream if upstream doesn't do it. It's better that we do it ourselves.
