publish gpgme-sop to crates.io?

If gpgme-sop were in crates.io, i could much more easily get it deployed to debian.

It would be great to wean simple OpenPGP dependencies off of the GnuPG interface and into SOP. Having a GnuPG-backed SOP implementation readily available would make it easier for those dependent tools to consider changing interfaces without necessarily changing the backend that they're used to.

Would you be willing to publish gpgme-sop to crates.io?
