Provide functionality for inputting data using forms

• As a non-technical user, I'd like to set variables for a workflow without having to edit SCL
• Create a step to display a form to the user for input of primitives - strings, numbers, booleans - and return those as an entity
• Allows non-technical users to easily customise SCL workflows without having to edit SCL itself
