Pass profile configuration as an Entity to AddToProductionSet

Story

• Instead of specifying a production profile, it's possible to set numbering options directly
• Allow for profile configuration to be passed as an entity to the AddToProductionSet step
• Decouples the connector from having to create a profile in advance of running the SCL
