The HR defender is more vulnerable than the intruder
In "Tactics Guides 02 - Communication 03 Use messaging apps more securely" under "[Control who is connected to your group chat](https://gitlab.com/securityinabox/securityinabox.gitlab.io/-/tree/545f30cde72f9802eda872778e0896a306d9d420/src/communication/secure-chat#control-who-is-connected-to-your-group-chat)" the following advice can lead to unexpected results: > Take screenshots to collect evidence for later analysis and legal actions against unwanted participants. It can promote a pattern of keeping copies of private communication and information about participation in private groups that is difficult to secure, defying other recommendations like deleting messages. More importantly, the activists and HR defenders are usually legally more vulnerable than the intruders who usually have impunity, more so in jurisdictions where there is effectively no rule of law, which is the majority of the world. It is very unlikely that such a screenshot would provide any legal leverage to activists against intruders, whoever they are.
