Clarify difference between email clients and email services

Because of this, we recommend email clients or services that are end-to-end encrypted (e2ee). For example those which use or enable PGP encryption (like Thunderbird and Mailvelope or Proton Mail). This means that your messages are protected with encryption when they are saved on your email provider's servers, as well as on your and recipients devices.
Because most people on the Internet today have been introduced to email via the web, there's global confusion between the concepts of clients, such as Thunderbird, and services. This is a good opportunity to clear it, simply using a qualifying word such as "service" and 'client/application", where applicable, and avoid the description "email services that are end-to-end encrypted" when clients, here Thunderbird, are included.
